Or report the matter via email info@epit.co.th, We will investigate and process your request within 7 days.

Account Information

In case you want your user account deleted, After we have processed your account deletion according to your request. We will process your data. and will retain such information for the period required in accordance with the law and our policies. For the following purposes.

To answer questions or solve problems that you may report later.
to check accuracy, neatness and completeness of service.
To resolve disputes or check outstanding service fees.
To monitor and prevent misuse of our services.

We may retain system-generated work information in a non-personally identifiable form. Such as Customer code, work code, etc. after the storage period required by law and our policies has elapsed.

Deleting Your Releep Account

Delete your Releep account through the Account Center. How to permanently delete your account through settings.

Click your profile picture in the top left of Releep.
Select "Settings"
In the "App Setting" section, select "Manage user accounts".
Click "Delete user account".
Click "Get OTP to delete account".
Enter the "OTP code" received via SMS.
Click "Confirm Delete Account".
